Job summary

Longitude Rx is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Product Manager to own key areas of the Longitude CGT platform from discovery through launch. Reporting to the Head of Product & Marketing, you’ll work with health systems to build what cell and gene therapy programs need to scale.

You’ll synthesize input from health system partners, engineering, and leadership into a clear roadmap, lead customer discovery, turn requests into scalable solutions, and support Growth and Implementation teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of product management experience in healthcare software.
• Experience shipping new products or major features from concept to launch.
• Strong experience writing requirements and working with engineering teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Clinical or healthcare operations background preferred.
• Experience with EHR workflows, such as Epic, preferred.
• HIPAA and healthcare data privacy familiarity preferred.

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Product Manager to own key areas of the Longitude CGT platform end to end, from discovery through launch. Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Marketing, this individual will work closely with health systems to build what cell and gene therapy programs need to scale.

• Serving as the connection point between health system partners, engineering, and leadership, this individual will synthesize input from each group into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Lead customer discovery with health system teams to understand workflows and validate solutions.
• Turn one-off customer requests into solutions that scale across customers.
• Support Growth and Implementation teams with product expertise during sales and launches.
