Banijay Rights Limited seeks an ambitious SVP of Licensing to lead a US portfolio of globally recognised entertainment brands, including The Traitors, MasterChef and Black Mirror. You will identify opportunities, manage partnerships across toys, experiences and consumer products, and drive revenue through strategic deal-making and strong relationship management.

The role requires senior leadership experience, excellent negotiation skills and a track record of delivering large-scale licensing

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in entertainment licensing or consumer products.
• Five or more years at SVP level is desirable, or equivalent senior leadership.
• Proven track record of originating, negotiating and closing licensing agreements.

• Develop and execute a US licensing strategy across multiple entertainment brands.
• Identify and secure new partnerships across LBE, immersive experiences, toys, and consumer products.
• Lead negotiations and agreements to maximise revenue and brand exposure.
• Manage a portfolio from initial discussions to contract execution and launch.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure brand strategy consistency.
