• Own the full lifecycle of core banking and retail applications.
• Establish and monitor SLAs for system availability and performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead contract negotiations with third-party providers.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
