Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for core banking and retail systems.
• Lead lifecycle management for core banking and retail applications from selection to retirement.
• Oversee operations, security, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Manage budgets for the technology portfolio and ensure fiscal discipline.
• Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing IT team and manage succession planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across systems and processes.
• Partner with Retail Banking and Operations executives to align IT initiatives with business needs.
• Drive innovation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
