Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Vice President of Technology/Entertainment in the United States to lead a hospitality and experiences technology practice across the Americas and Europe. You will shape the technology strategy for hotels, casinos, restaurants, and F&B, and expand into cruise lines and live entertainment.

You will build and guide senior technical teams, develop executive relationships, and drive AI-powered innovations that improve guest experiences and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in technology within hospitality or related services, including large-scale programs.
• Understanding of hospitality operations across hotels, casinos, restaurants, and F&B.
• Experience owning P&L or winning/growing major enterprise accounts.
• Track record delivering AI-native solutions and modernization projects.
• Ability to build and mentor senior technical teams across locations.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define Technology Strategy for hospitality and experiences across Americas and Europe.
• Develop executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and senior decision‑makers.
• Lead and develop distributed technical teams with applied AI as a core capability.
• Drive complex sales opportunities from discovery through contract signing.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, utilization, and portfolio risk.
• Advance AI-powered innovation with reusable accelerators and scalable assets.
• Represent industry leadership through speaking and publications.
