Job summary

Zenith, a premier media partner, seeks a senior leader to steer Holistic Investment across Linear TV, Streaming Video, CTV, Addressable Video, Digital, and Social for a high‑profile client. You will guide channel strategy, optimize cross‑channel efficiencies, and nurture essential relationships with analytics, strategy, creative, and delivery teams.

You will build internal capabilities, mentor staff, and leverage partner networks to keep the client ahead in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in a national media investment buying environment.
• Experience negotiating TV dayparts and online video.
• Strong negotiating and presenting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Media Ocean software (DDS, MBOX) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate practical expertise in integrated media channel investment by showing how channels work together to drive outcomes.
• Position the agency as a strategic thought leader by consistently sharing industry insights and forward‑looking commentary.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams and with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Develop the internal team’s skills through hands‑on mentorship and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead market‑ahead initiatives with partner relationships to help clients break through and stay ahead of competition.
• Oversee lead on the core client team to identify issues, train the team, and nurture growth opportunities.
• Act as a true partner with the client team on their media journey; we are an extension of their team.
