Job summary

JCW Group in Southern California is seeking an SVP, Head of Commercial Banking to lead and grow the bank’s commercial banking organization. You will drive new business, shape the sales strategy, and guide a team of commercial lenders and deposit professionals.

You will engage with clients and centers of influence across C&I, owner-occupied CRE, and other commercial banking clients, while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial banking leadership experience, including direct exposure to commercial lending.
• Proven success generating new commercial banking relationships and revenue.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing commercial banking salespeople.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending and deposit/Treasury Management products.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, production goals, and overall team performance.
• Strong network and business development track record in Southern California.
