The successful leader will inspire high-performing teams, champion innovation, build strong community partnerships, and deliver sustainable growth in revenue, profitability, and market share.

This position demands a dynamic executive who is equally comfortable setting long-term strategy in the boardroom and engaging with guests and team members throughout the property.

  • Lead efforts to maximize revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
  • Identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and innovative growth strategies that strengthen Caesars Atlantic City's position in the market.
  • Partner closely with corporate leadership to align property performance with enterprise goals.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of world-class gaming, hospitality, dining, entertainment, and resort experiences.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, building relationships with guests and serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives, VIP events, promotions, and community-facing experiences that deepen loyalty and drive visitation.
Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams
  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional executive talent across all functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach senior leaders to achieve outstanding results while creating meaningful career growth opportunities for team members.
  • Serve as a highly visible and approachable leader who promotes engagement and organizational pride.
Strengthen Community & Stakeholder Relationships
  • Represent Caesars Atlantic City with local government officials, community organizations, tourism partners, business leaders, and industry stakeholders.
  • Serve as the property's primary spokesperson and executive representative.
  • Build productive relationships with union leadership and key external partners.
  • Enhance Caesars' reputation as a trusted corporate citizen and employer of choice within the community.
Champion Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Ensure all operations are conducted with the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and responsible business practices.
  • Lead a culture that prioritizes regulatory excellence, risk management, and ethical decision-making.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of facility presentation, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction through consistent operational oversight.
  • Promote an environment where team members feel empowered to speak up, share ideas, and raise concerns.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience with substantial P&L responsibility in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, tourism, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑functional operations and diverse leadership teams.
  • Strong understanding of gaming operations, resort management, customer loyalty, and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth, profitability, and operational transformation.
