Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Chandler, OK is seeking a Finance Analyst to prepare and analyze property budgets, including capital, strategic and operational plans. You will maintain files, analyze statistical and financial data, and report on business conditions within the gaming and recreation industries.

The role involves forecasting, presenting results, and developing actionable recommendations based on large data sets, collaborating with multiple departments, and supporting management decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to execute complex formulas and pivot tables using Microsoft Excel.
• Must have the ability to train quickly in other software programs.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Must be able to apply advanced math skills to analyze many diverse data sets.
• Must be able to think critically and possess strong statistical, financial, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, be detailed and results oriented, have excellent time management skills, and able to work collaboratively with others.
• Must have good understanding of the general makeup of financial statements; familiarity with general financial principles.
• Be proactive with incidents and issues ensuring resolution with employees.
• Must have the ability to communicate complex ideas to co-workers and internal clients
• Must be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of development
• Working knowledge of Databases, BigQuery, and BI Tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) are preferred.
