Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Senior Vice President of Member Experience to drive enterprise member experience strategy, governance, measurement, and transformation. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and partners with operations, clinical, quality, provider networks, technology, and community teams to embed the member voice in decision-making and improve satisfaction, access, and outcomes.

This full-time hybrid position is based in Morrisville, NC, with 1-2 days in the home office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as a baseline requirement.
• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, health insurance, or related functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives through influence and collaboration across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise member experience strategy, governance, and measurement.
• Partner with operations, clinical, quality, provider networks, communications, and technology leaders to align processes with member needs.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of member experience metrics to guide improvements.
• Promote member-centered design and service excellence across the organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, health policy, organizational leadership, communications, human services, or a closely related field
