Job summary

Alliance Health in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Manager-Vendor Relations to oversee the implementation, ongoing relationship and monitoring of large vendors serving Alliance members under delegated agreements and contracts for value-added services.

This full-time hybrid role requires three days remote with onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Alliance's Home Office in Morrisville, NC, and focuses on contract development, administration, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or related field from an accredited college/university and a minimum of four years of experience leading complex business/contract implementations.
• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions in healthcare or related sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor implementation, contracts, and ongoing performance.
• Lead contract development, administration, and negotiation processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
