Job summary

Alliance Health seeks a Senior Vice President of Member Experience, the senior leader responsible for enterprise member experience strategy, governance, and transformation. The role ensures the member voice informs organizational strategy, culture, policy development, and service design while partnering with leaders to improve satisfaction, engagement, access, equity, and outcomes.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in North Carolina with travel to Alliance locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, or patient experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives through collaboration with multiple functions.
• Experience working with C-suite leaders to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders and boards.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise member experience strategy, governance, and measurement.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to improve member outcomes and experience.
• Defines roadmaps aligned with mission and Tailored Plan requirements.
• Establishes accountability mechanisms to monitor progress and results.
• Co-chairs governance structures and supports executive decision-making.
