Qualifications

• Over 10 years of consumer or specialty finance lending experience.
• Executive oversight of credit policy, underwriting, and loan origination operations.
• Experience with capital markets, structured finance, and forward flow programs.
• Ability to scale lending platforms in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit policy, underwriting performance, and originations operations.
• Lead risk-based pricing frameworks and monitor delinquency and loss metrics.
• Interface with capital partners and rating agencies to support growth.
• Transition the company to an institutional, scalable lending platform.
