You will develop risk-based pricing, oversee portfolio performance, and mentor mid-level managers as the company scales toward an institutional, high-volume platform while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer or specialty finance lending.
• Executive-level oversight of credit policy, underwriting, and loan origination.
• Experience with risk-based pricing and portfolio performance management.
• Familiarity with forward flow programs, capital market relationships, and structured finance.
• Ability to scale lending platforms in high-growth environments.
