Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit policy and underwriting performance across all assets (motorcycle, powersports, RV, marine).
• Lead originations team, coach staff, and drive risk-based pricing and portfolio monitoring.
• Partner with capital markets and rating agencies to support growth objectives.
