Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in commercial banking with minimum of 10 years of community association services industry exposure (direct lending or operator-facing required).
• Ability to launch and lead a team; prior experience building a vertical or book of business is strongly preferred.

• Grow deposits, treasury management revenue, and relationship profitability for the community association and property management vertical.
• Lead market expansion strategies, set annual production goals, and establish performance metrics.
