gpac LLC. in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an experienced SVP Commercial Lending Manager to lead a West Michigan lending team, drive business development, and manage a high-quality loan portfolio for the region.

The role requires at least 10 years of commercial lending experience and proven ability to manage direct reports, coach staff, and deliver strong credit decisions while maintaining exceptional member service.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of commercial lending experience.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports, including coaching and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of business financial statements.
• Knowledge of lending policies, loan structuring, depository services, and banking/credit union operations.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop commercial lenders through coaching, training, performance management, and pipeline oversight.
• Review lending opportunities, loan structures, risk-based pricing, and production forecasts.
• Originate and grow commercial relationships across C&I, investment real estate, and development lending.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referral relationships, and relationship management.
• Expand member relationships through lending and depository solutions.
• Analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, and maintain accurate risk ratings.
• Oversee annual reviews, renewals, loan documentation, and closings.
• Monitor portfolio performance, maintain asset quality, and minimize credit losses.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
