Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial lending experience.
• Experience managing a team of direct reports, including coaching, development, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of business financial statements.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lending policies, loan structuring, depository services, and banking or credit union operations.
• Ability to explain complex credit matters and build productive relationships with members and colleagues.

• Lead and develop commercial lenders through coaching, training, performance management, and pipeline oversight.
• Review lending opportunities, loan structures, risk-based pricing, and production forecasts.
• Originate and grow commercial relationships across C&I, investment real estate, and development lending.

• Expand member relationships through lending and depository solutions.

• Oversee annual reviews, renewals, loan documentation, and closings.
