Job summary
Gate City Bank is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead Commercial Deposit & Treasury Operations at the Fargo Corporate Office. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; 7–10 years in treasury management operations or related financial services function.
Responsibilities
- Leads strategic direction for Commercial Deposit and Treasury Operations aligned with bank priorities.
- Develops a strategic roadmap for mature business-focused products and services.
- Drives automation and process improvement to improve staffing capacity for growth.
- Leads Treasury Management activities to deliver outstanding customer service and growth in recurring fees.
- Manages vendor negotiations, performance, invoicing, and risk controls.
- Prepares reports for senior leadership and boards as requested.
