TriVoca Health is seeking a seasoned VP, Client Development to drive growth by acquiring new business and expanding value with existing clients in the healthcare sector. Lead strategic cross-sell efforts and partner with delivery teams to ensure client success.

The role requires deep healthcare knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative, client-centered mindset. This is a remote, full-time executive position focused on building lasting client partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client-facing roles in healthcare or life sciences.
• Track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Experience leading cross-sell or account expansion initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem including pharma, biotech, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue with new logos and expansion opportunities within existing clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand TriVoca capabilities.
• Build and deepen client relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Deliver consultative research design, methodologies, and business solutions.
