WSP Global Inc. invites an experienced Senior Vice President, Civil Engineering Group Lead to guide our California Region’s multi-sector civil engineering team. You will shape technical excellence, oversee complex transportation projects, and drive growth strategies across Southern California offices.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering leadership, a P.E. license, and deep knowledge of design-build and alternative delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 15+ years of post-education experience in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project delivery.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles, design/build, and related regulations.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (CM/CG, Design-Build).
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership of a multi-sector civil engineering team in California region.
• Oversee project delivery, planning, design, and reporting for transportation infrastructure.
• Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies for the California Region.
• Coordinate cross-office workshare and regional leadership alignment.
• Ensure compliance with codes and sound engineering practices.
