WSP in the U.S. is seeking a full-time Vice President for its Civil Engineering team in Southern California. This role focuses on managing local agency roadway and civil engineering projects and requires strong leadership skills and a proven record in project management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, and the ability to build client relationships. A comprehensive benefits package is included, with an expected salary between $200,000 and $250,000.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering and infrastructure design.
• Engineer license required, preferably in California.
• In-depth understanding of A/E/C project delivery and program management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing the Civil Engineering Transportation team.
• Lead delivery of roadway and transport projects for local agencies.
• Guide staff and oversee project financial performance and quality control.
