J T is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead capital formation, structured finance, investment underwriting, capital allocation and financial planning. Reporting to the CFO, you will build and execute financing strategies for the company’s growth.

The role offers a base salary of $240,000–$260,000 with an annual bonus opportunity and broad responsibility for capital markets and financing decisions across projects and portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, project finance, structured finance, infrastructure investing, investment banking, renewable energy finance, private equity or corporate finance.
• Significant experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure or distributed generation.

Responsabilités

• Lead capital markets strategy with the CFO, CEO and executive team.
• Lead capital raising across project, portfolio, asset and corporate financing structures.
• Oversee FP&A, investment analysis and capital planning to support growth.
