Job summary

DG Solar Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead capital formation, structured finance, investment underwriting and capital allocation for its growing community solar, distributed generation and energy storage portfolio. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to execute financing strategies and drive enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in capital markets, project finance, or related field.
• Renewable energy or infrastructure finance experience preferred.
• Experience raising and structuring capital for solar, storage or similar assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital markets strategy and execution with CFO/CEO and leadership team.
• Oversee capital raising across project, portfolio and corporate financing structures.
• Assess financing options, including debt, tax equity, equity, and joint ventures.
• Manage underwriting standards, risk classifications and return thresholds.
• Direct investment committee prep and enterprise financial planning.
• Partner across Development, Project Finance, Legal, Tax and Accounting.
