Job summary

Beaumont Designs is seeking a Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy & Product Development to define and execute the company’s product strategy from concept through commercialization. This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader with deep knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, licensing, retailer requirements, and global sourcing.

Reporting to the President, you will lead the Product Development and Creative teams to build trend-right categories that balance creativity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0+ years of experience in product development and brand management.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience launching consumer products from concept to commercialization.
• Experience with major retailers, licensed brands, and international manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product and merchandising strategy.
• Lead development of trend-right product assortments.
• Partner with Sales, Licensing, Operations, and Sourcing.
• Own the master product development calendar and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee testing, approvals, and production readiness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Product Development team.
• Drive cross-functional processes to identify and mitigate risks.
