Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of product design and development experience with a strong record of cross-functional team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Ability to translate business objectives into a cohesive design strategy.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively present strategies and ideas to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer-right product strategies and seasonal design direction from trend forecasting through storytelling to execution, maximizing sales and reinforcing brand vision.
• Innovate by identifying first-in-market opportunities and growth areas.
• Tell the story of the collection to executives, brand partners, and major retail accounts to unlock commercial potential.
• Co-develop and adhere to a multi-faceted go-to-market calendar and optimize speed across market timelines.
