Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in brand strategy and leading complex client accounts.
• Proven track record of owning brand strategy outcomes and influencing senior client decisions.
• Strong people leadership skills with ability to mentor senior strategists in high-pressure environments.
• Executive presence and credibility with clients and internal leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy direction across major accounts; set vision and priorities.
• Lead development of brand positioning, messaging, and narratives for execution.
• Serve as senior strategic advisor to clients; influence high-stakes decisions.
• Partner with Engagement Strategy, Creative, Medical/Scientific, Analytics, and Account leadership to activate brand strategy.
• Guide teams through complex strategic challenges and provide escalation support.
• Ensure brand strategy remains aligned through execution and adapts to evolving needs.
• Mentor VP/Senior Directors/Directors to build account-level leadership.
