Job summary

The role requires deep experience in enterprise marketing tech, data governance and AI deployment, with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product Strategy, Distribution, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in marketing technology, data and analytics or related functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs and teams.
• Strong data architecture, identity resolution and consent management knowledge.
• Proven deployment of generative AI and ML in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation in Marketing with Technology collaboration.
• Aggregate first-party data into audience and account views.
• Develop segmentation, scoring and propensity models.
• Create decision intelligence tools for audiences and channels.
• Lead governance for privacy, consent management and regulatory compliance.
