Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide service on a variety of HVAC systems including split systems, rooftops, water source heat pumps, and air handling equipment.
• Engage customers, troubleshoot, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Mentor apprentices and share best practices on-site.
• Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Resources, training, and mentorship to grow confidently in commercial work
• Split Systems
• Roof Top Units
• Water Source Heat Pump
• Makeup Air Systems
• Air Rotation Units
• Hot Water Boilers
• Air Cooled Chillers
• Cooling Towers

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites
• Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow
• (Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus—but if you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you get there.)

Schedule:

• Full-time, 4-day work week (4x10s), with a 4-day weekend every other week
• On-call rotation every ~8 weeks
• Overtime available as needed
• Weekend availability when required

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rate: $33-37 per hour, depending on experience

Selection Requirements:

• Possessing a valid, non-expired state-issued driver’s license

• Passing a drug test
• Meeting employment eligibility requirements under Form I-9 to work in the United States
