Job summary

Blauch Brothers, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our Winchester team. You’ll troubleshoot, service residential and commercial systems, and help customers while expanding your technical expertise.

We provide training, a 4-day work week (4x10s) with on-call rotation, a company vehicle and essential tools, generous benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of residential HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Resources, training, and mentorship to grow confidently in commercial work
• Split Systems
• Roof Top Units
• Water Source Heat Pump
• Makeup Air Systems
• Air Rotation Units

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites
• Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow
• (Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus—and if you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you get there.)

Schedule:

• Full-time, 4-day work week (4x10s), with a 4-day weekend every other week
• On-call rotation every ~8 weeks
• Overtime available as needed
• Weekend availability when required

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rate: $28- $32 per hour, depending on experience
