• Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus, help available to obtain them

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance for residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Work on split systems, rooftop units, water source heat pumps, makeup air and air rotation units
• Collaborate with team, mentor apprentices, and participate in on-call rotation
• Provide service vehicle and tools, use personal hand and power tools

What You’ll Do:

• - Resources, training, and mentorship to grow confidently in commercial work
• - Split Systems
• - Roof Top Units
• - Water Source Heat Pump
• - Makeup Air Systems
• - Air Rotation Units

What We’re Looking For:

• - At least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
• - Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• - A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• - Willingness to travel locally to job sites
• - Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow
• - (Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus—but if you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you get there.)

Schedule:

• - Full-time, 4‑day work week (4x10s), with a 4‑day weekend every other week
• - On‑call rotation every ~8 weeks
• - Overtime available as needed
• - Weekend availability when required

Pay:

• - Competitive hourly rate: $28- $32 per hour, depending on experience
