Blauch Brothers, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC technicians with 1–2 years of residential or commercial experience to join our Winchester team. You will troubleshoot, service, and support a wide range of systems while enjoying training, mentorship, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

• Resources, training, and mentorship to grow confidently in commercial work

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites
• Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow
• (Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus—but if you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you get there.)

Schedule:

• Full-time, 4-day work week (4x10s), with a 4-day weekend every other week
• On-call rotation every ~8 weeks
• Overtime available as needed
• Weekend availability when required

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rate: $23- $27 per hour, depending on experience
