Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems is seeking a General Manager to lead a manufacturing location in Acworth, GA. You will be responsible for the facility's financial and operational performance, including production, quality, safety, and logistics to achieve strategic objectives.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in automotive assembly, strong budgeting and cost-control skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Purchasing or Finance is required.
• 10+ years of Sr. leadership experience in an automotive assembly facility.
• Full P&L experience for a facility between $250M and $400M.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient operations to meet quality and output targets.
• Lead staff performance and ensure adherence to systems and processes.
• Develop annual budgets and manage overhead costs to maximize profit.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT as needed.
