Job summary

TDW is seeking a Sustaining Engineer in Tulsa, OK to lead NPI transitions from development into production, field operations, and commercial deployment. You will act as the primary engineering owner during launches and coordinate readiness with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent.
7+ years of engineering experience including NPI and sustaining engineering.
Experience with electro-mechanical products and systems.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions from development to production and sustaining engineering.
Own product support and lifecycle management from design release to end-of-life.
Drive engineering changes, improvements, and obsolescence plans; maintain docs and BOMs.
