Job summary

TDW in Tulsa, OK seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead New Product Introduction and guide products from development to production and field deployment. Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering experience including NPI, product support, lifecycle management, or sustaining engineering.
• Experience with electro-mechanical products and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction - lead the transition of new products into production and deployment.
• Product Support & Lifecycle Management - own products from design release through end-of-life.
• Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration - capture lessons learned and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Perform engineering changes, maintain documentation, and coordinate with multiple functions.
