Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of experience in sustaining/manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) ASME Y14.5M-2009.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify root causes for production issues across firearms products.
• Implement product improvements, modifications, and design changes using SOLIDWORKS and Agile PLM.
• Support transition of new products from R&D to production.
• Coordinate changes with Quality, Operations, and R&D teams.
• Generate product drawings with GD&T and stack‑up analysis to ensure interchangeability and conformance.
• Participate in 5S workplace sustainment activities.
