Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of manufacturing experience in a related role.
• GD&T knowledge per ASME Y14.5M-2009 and proficiency with SOLIDWORKS.
• Experience documenting changes in CAD/PLM systems and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes for firearm products.
• Implement design changes and updates using SOLIDWORKS and PLM systems.
• Support transition of new products from R&D to production and manage timelines.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and R&D to implement improvements.
• Create product drawings with GD&T and ensure manufacturability and interchangeability.
