Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years sustaining engineering or related aerospace design/manufacturing.
• Proficient CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA) and GD&T.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to work across engineering, manufacturing, quality and customers.
• Knowledge of AS9100/FAA/NADCAP standards.
• Experience maintaining drawings and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-project management.
