Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing in an engineering function
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support manufacturing and processing methods.
• Determine most efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods.
• Perform quoting/costing of new or existing products.
• Understand manufacturing processes to produce aerospace fasteners.
• Recommend and implement improvements in manufacturing sequences.
• Provide engineering support to other manufacturing sites as required.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide manufacturing support including weekend and second shift coverage as needed.
• Set up and change BOMs and manufacturing methods.
• Support audits including AS9100 and NADCAP.
