The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and have over 3 years of experience in sustaining engineering or product design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustaining engineering, product design, or manufacturing within the aerospace or fastener industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and driven by quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve technical issues related to aerospace fasteners.
• Conduct root cause analyses for product failures.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to address process inefficiencies.

CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA)

Root cause analysis

Aerospace standards knowledge

Communication skills

Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

Education
