Responsibilities

Support sustaining engineering activities for PCBAs used in tape automation systems.
Investigate manufacturing, field, and supplier-related electrical issues.
Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods.
Assist with component obsolescence management and alternate components.
Support ECOs, documentation updates and product revisions.
Work with contract manufacturers and suppliers to resolve production issues.
Analyze electrical failures and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Review schematics, BOMs, test reports, and manufacturing documentation.
Participate in design reviews and manufacturing readiness assessments.
