Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and analyze control systems and electronic assemblies, develop PCBs and support firmware designs, and produce electrical drawings.

You will work closely with electrical technicians, travel for product launches, ensure safety and IPC standards, and contribute to SPARC initiatives while meeting timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze control systems and electronic assemblies
• Develop Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and support firmware designs
• Develop, release, and revise electrical drawings and schematics
• Ensure designs are safe, effective, manufacturable, reliable, and Superior Product at Reduced Cost (SPARC) initiatives are met
• Perform inspections, verification, and validation testing
• Meet and fulfill project timelines and budgets
• Travel to domestic and international contract manufacturers as needed for product launches
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
