Job summary

National Park Foundation is seeking a strategic Manager of Sustainer Giving to drive the recurring donor program within Annual Giving and the philanthropy team. You will lead acquisition, engagement, retention, upgrades, and recapture initiatives at scale, collaborating with cross-functional partners to reach the organization’s revenue goals.

The role emphasizes analytics, donor lifecycle optimization, and a strong focus on stewardship and continuous program improvement to maximize donor value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 4 years in fundraising, direct marketing, donor relations, or related field; 2 years in annual/recurring giving.
• Experience managing campaigns within mid- to large-scale fundraising programs.
• Strong data-driven, multi-channel marketing and donor lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with CRM/eCRM platforms listed above.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel sustainer campaigns (digital, direct mail, canvassing) for acquisition, upgrades and recapture.
• Design donor journeys and stewardship plans to deepen engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee retention and reactivation programs to grow recurring revenue.
• Lead planning, execution, and analysis of recurring giving campaigns; set goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners for campaign execution; ensure compliance with regulations.
