EILEEN FISHER seeks a Renew Merchandising & Outbound Supervisor to lead the merchandising and outbound logistics for the Renew warehouse, shaping assortment development and overseeing order fulfillment, quality assurance, and shipping in line with our mission and values.

You will manage a small team, ensure best-selling product replenishment, and maintain high standards across retail stores and e-commerce fulfillment. Strong leadership and merchandising expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small merchandising team in a retail environment.
• Strong merchandising and assortment development skills.
• Ability to manage outbound orders, quality assurance, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of merchandising associates and oversee outbound operations.
• Develop compelling merchandise assortments aligned with store markets and customer experience.
• Merchandise and fulfill orders for Mainline, Company, Renew stores, and Renew.com.
• Ensure replenishment, complete size runs, and consistent product quality.
• Tag, price, and QA all outgoing garments; manage backstock organization.
• Track outbound inventory, productivity, and vendor/distribution relationships.
