Job summary

EILEEN FISHER, Inc. is seeking a Renew Merchandising & Outbound Supervisor in New Jersey to lead a small team and oversee assortments, order fulfillment, and shipping for Mainline, Company, Renew stores, and Renew.com.

You will ensure replenishment, QA, and efficient warehouse workflows in line with our sustainability mission. The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in warehouse/inventory operations, strong attention to garment quality and market needs, and a hands-on leadership

Qualifications

1+ year supervisory experience in warehouse/inventory ops.
Experience building product assortments aligned with store aesthetics.
Strong eye for detail on garment quality and trends.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of merchandising associates.
Develop assortments aligning with store markets and standards.
Merchandise and fulfill orders for Mainline, Company, Renew stores and Renew.com.
Ensure replenishment, proper sizing, and stock control.
Box, label, and ship donations; process UPS shipments.
Oversee outbound inventory, expenses, and operations.
Mentor staff and drive talent development.
Maintain safe, clean work environment and vendor relations.
