EILEEN FISHER Renew Merchandising & Outbound Supervisor leads the merchandising and outbound logistics for the Renew warehouse, overseeing assortment development, order fulfillment, quality assurance, and shipping in alignment with the company mission and values.

Responsibilities include guiding a team, ensuring replenishment and accurate inventory, and maintaining efficient processes across retail stores and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in apparel/retail merchandising.
• Ability to manage outbound inventory, UPS shipments, and donation processing.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 merchandising associates.
• Develop and curate merchandise assortments aligned with visual standards and store needs.
• Merchandise and fulfill orders for Mainline Stores, Company Stores, Renew Stores, and Renew.com.
• Ensure replenishment of best-selling products and complete size runs across stores and e-commerce.
• Tag, price, and perform quality assurance on outgoing garments.
• Track outbound inventory and productivity; maintain organized backstock.
• Box and label donation shipments and manage UPS shipments for outbound orders.
• Mentor staff, manage budgets, and maintain safe, clean facilities.
