Job summary

EILEEN FISHER is seeking a Stock Associate to join our store teams. You will help keep the stockroom organized, assist customers, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience that reflects our commitment to sustainability and timeless design.

You will work on the sales floor and in the stockroom, supporting operations, merchandising, and inventory control while upholding our values of inclusion and service.

Qualifications

• Be fully knowledgeable of EILEEN FISHER apparels, fabrics, brand messages, stories, values, strategic objectives and company purpose.
• Be passionate about contributing to a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Be on the sales floor when needed, ring up sales, and provide excellent customer service to support the sales floor.
• Maintain an orderly stockroom that meets visual, company, and operational standards.
• Assist with stockroom duties including receiving product, unpacking and processing shipments, and shipping packages.
• Price, steam and merchandise products on the racks under store leadership direction.
• Communicate stockroom best practices to store leaders and retail partners.
• Ensure the store is replenished with products and store supplies and maintain a safe, clean environment.
