Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, architectural, civil, or environmental engineering.
• Coursework in fluid hydraulics/piping/fluid dynamics.
• Interest in the built environment and sustainable development.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Initiative, eagerness to learn, teamwork and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing and fire protection systems with emphasis on sustainability.
• Support domestic water, sanitary/vent, and storm system design.
• Assist in designing fire protection systems and standpipes.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Document engineering analyses, code research, and equipment sizing.
• Document system design in Revit MEP and present findings.
