Sustainable Comfort, Inc. (SCI) seeks a Project Manager – Multifamily Property Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations and improvement projects across a Worcester portfolio.

You will coordinate Maintenance Technicians, contractors, and vendors, prioritize repairs, and keep owners, tenants, and SCI informed. Candidates should have construction/real estate experience, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple properties within budget.

Qualificações

• We’re seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, real estate, or related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize across multiple properties.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day maintenance across a portfolio of multifamily properties.
• Assess tenant maintenance requests and determine urgency and scope.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and changes in scope or costs.
• Oversee planned property improvements and capital projects.
• Document and track maintenance activities and inspections.
• Supervise technicians and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Communicate with owners, tenants, and the broader team.
