The Property Manager at Sustainable Comfort, Inc. (SCI) will oversee field maintenance across a portfolio in development, construction, lease-up and ongoing operations.

You’ll coordinate planned improvements, crisis management, and maintenance activities with property owners and tenants to protect asset value. Based in Worcester, SCI focuses on LEED, ENERGY STAR and Passive House certified multifamily buildings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, business, or related field.
• Experience in building trades (labor, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• OSHA 10-Hour card within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license in Massachusetts.

Aufgaben

• Interpret tenant requests by assessing urgency and response needed.
• Document maintenance operations and track progress and costs.
• Coordinate with direct reports and subcontractors to meet budgeted expenses.
• Provide feedback on capital needs and asset plans.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct annual reviews.
